About Our Butter Chicken Pizza

Our Butter Chicken Pizza are a perfect example of Indo-Chinese fusion cuisine. We start with perfectly crispy french fries, then toss them in our house-made honey chilli sauce that combines the sweetness of honey with the heat of chilli peppers. The addition of stir-fried bell peppers, garlic, and ginger adds depth and texture, while a garnish of sesame seeds and spring onions provides the perfect finishing touch.

What makes our Butter Chicken Pizza special is the perfect balance of flavors – sweet, spicy, and savory all in one dish. The fries remain crispy even after being tossed in the sauce, making them the perfect appetizer or side dish to share (though you might want to order your own portion!).
